SECOND QUARTER OF 2018 DIVISION MONITORING, EVALUATION AND ADJUSTMENT (DMEA)

1     In view of assuring quality on the organizational effectiveness and in the implementation of programs

and projects as well as in the pursuit of continuous improvement to deliver effectively the basic

education services, this office shall conduct the Second Quarter Division Monitoring, Evaluation and

Adjustment (DMEA) on July 4-6, 2018. The venue will be at Hotel Alejandro, Tacloban City.

2.    The objectives of the said activity are the following:

a.     present the physical and financial accomplishments against targets during the quarter;

b. identify initial gains and track progress on the desired education outcomes;

c.         recognize, discuss implementation issues and suggest solutions for improvement and uplift issues

beyond control of Schools Division office to higher officials for appropriate actions

d. present implementation status report of Division/School’s Banner Project;

e. present the dashboard and analysis of the performance indicators available for Quarter 2 (April
        to June); and

f.      make necessary adjustments of outputs for the next quarter based on the approved                2018

AlPs/Work plans

3.     Schools and districts are advised to submit the following MEA required reports together in e-copy on

or before July 2, 2018:

a.     Fully accomplished MEA Template

b. School/CLC Data Gathering Template

c. School/District dashboard with analysis

d. Programs and projects status report

4.     Participants to this activity are the division personnel as identified in the table below:

5.     This memo shall serve as official travel order.

6.     For the different sections in the Division Office, it is suggested that an Internal MEA shall be conducted

prior to the DMEA.

7.     Participants are requested to bring their DMEA Quarter 2 results together with MOVs, approved AlPs

of CY 2018, laptop and extension wire for presentation of outputs.

8.     Expenses relative to the conduct of the DMEA such as food and accommodation, venue and other

training expenses shall be charged against Division/School MOOE Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

9.     Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
