Subject: CORRIGENDUM AND ADDENDUM TO THE DIVISION MEMORANDUM NO. 431, S. 2018, RE: PAGDAYAW 2018

1. Due to important administrative concens that must be considered, the schedule of Catbalogan City Division PAGDAYAW 2018 is hereby reset to another date, as well as the deadline for the submission of the nominees’ pertinent documents and the schedule of the on-site validation. Thus, paragraph 9 and 11 of the Division Memorandum No. 431, s. 2018 shall be read respectively as:
“The declared winners shall be receiving a plaque – Certificate of Recognition from the Division Office during the awards ceremony on January 10, 2019.”
“Public School District Supervisors are expected to submit their nominees’ pertinent papers and video documentation requirement on or before December 28, 2018 to the Division, and the on-site validation of the nominee’s performance will be conducted on January 3-4,2018.”
2. In addition to the same memorandum are the following:
“Participants to the said activity shall wear Evening Gown in pastel color for Females and Black Coat & Tie with inner long sleeves in pastel colorfor Males”
“The venue of the said activity will be at MGrand Royale Resort, Catbalogan City.”
3. The rest of the provisions contained in the Division Memorandum No. 431, s. 2018 shall remain to be enforced.
4. Wide and immediate dissemination of this information is desired.
