2018 DIVISION YEAR-END PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CUM 4th QUARTER DIVISION PERSONNEL CONVERGENCE

TO:         ALL DIVISION OFFICE PERSONNEL

PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT SUPERVISORS

1.     With the Division efforts to fully establish and implement the DepEd Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS), this Office shall conduct the 2018 Division Year-End Performance Evaluation on December 20-22 2018 at a venue to be announced later.  2. This activity has the following objectives:

a. To evaluate the performance of the Division Office Personnel based on their agreed
      deliverables and performance targets.

b. To rate the actual accomplishment and result outputs of the Division Office
      Personnel.

c. To utilize the results of the evaluation as basis for performance rewarding and
      professional development planning.

3.   The participants of this activity are the Division Office Personnel and Public Schools District Supervisors who are requested to bring their approved 2018 IPCRF/OPCRF together with their MOVs as basis for the final evaluation.

4.   All expenses to be incurred in the conduct of this activity shall be chargeable against Division MOOE funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedure.

5.   Immediate dissemination on the content of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
