SUBJECT:         DIVISION SEARCH FOR THE MOST EFFECTIVE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SHS) PROGRAM IMPLEMENTER FOR SY 2016-2017 to SY 2017-2018

1.     In line with the DepEd vision and mission to provide quality and complete basic education to all learners, and as mandated by the Regional Office, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, announces the conduct of the Search for the Most Effective SHS Program Implementer for SY 2016-2017 to SY 2017-2018.

2.     The objectives of this Search is to determine and strengthen the quality of the SHS Program implementation among the public and private SHSs in the Division in terms of efficient fund utilization and the delivery of education services.

3.   All public and private SHSs shall participate in the Division Search.

4.     The Division Evaluation Committee (DEC) will conduct the on-site evaluation and validation on the 1st and 2nd week of December 2018 using the attached rubric (see enclosure) as basis for declaring the Most Effective SHS Implementer for SY 2016-2017 to SY 2017-2018 in the Division. Awarding of Recognition to the winner shall be done during the Division Pagdayawin December 2018.

5.     The winner will represent the Division in the Regional Search for the Most Effective SHS Implementer for SY 2016-2017 to SY 2017-2018 in December 2018.

6.     Expenses incurred by the DEC relative to on-site evaluation and validation shall be charged against the Division MOOE/Local Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

7.     Wide and immediate dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
