SUBJECT: CONDUCT OF THE SIXTH (6th) DIVISION CONVERGENCE OF
EDUCATION LEADERS (CEL) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2018
DATE: 28 November 2018
1. This is to inform all concerned of the conduct of the Sixth Convergence of Education Leaders (CEL) for Calendar Year 2018 which shall be held on 13 & 14 December 2018 at the venue which will be announced later to be hosted by the OSDS and Catbalogan District 2.
2. This CEL aims to discuss significant issues and concerns relative to the year-end requirements as well as the accomplishments of some reports during the quarterly DMEA and other relevant updates.
3. The Program of Activities and the Sequence on the Proceedings of the CEL are herewith attached as enclosure. Please refer for proper guidance.
4. Registration Fee of P2.500.00 shall be collected to defray expenses for venue accommodation and lodging of each participant for the entire conduct of the CEL, while expenses incurred for transportation and other incidental expenses shall be bone by the participants which shall be charged against Local/MOOE Funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and procedures.
5. Wide and immediate dissemination on the contents of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
