SUBJECT:     Re-orientation of Project SABUT and Status Reporting of Technical Assistance
                      Provision to Schools and Learning Centers

DATE:           September 20,2018

1.     Technical assistance is one of the key professional activities provided by the Schools Division Office to the

schools which is geared towards giving school leaders support and guidance in identifying problems and finding the right solutions for a more effective organization, hence; this Office will be having the presentation of Project SABUT to schools and learning centers on September 25, 2018 (Tuesday) at a venue to be announced later.

2.   The activity aims to:

a. re-orient school heads and public schools district supervisors on the TA mechanism;

b. re-orient participants on the concepts embedded in the Project SABUT Y2;

c.     harvest updates on TA provision in schools and learning centers; and

d. other matters.

3.     The participants to this activity are the 48 elementary and secondary School Heads and the 10 Public Schools

District Supervisors of the 10 districts in schools Division of Catbalogan City.

4.     All PSDSs are required to bring their TA reports, with clear photos, capturing the support extended to schools

and leaning centers from January 2018 to September of 2018.

5.   Participants are requested to be at the venue at 8:00 in the morning to maximize the time for the day’s activity.

6.   Widest dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
