SUBJECT : ROLL-OUT OF TEST RESULT ANALYZER AND BCIS UPDATING/ONLINE
TUTORIAL
1. Relative to the Enhanced Computerized Office (eCO) System and the recently conducted planning conference on the Roll-Out of Test Result Analyzer and BCIS Updating/Online Tutorial, the Division shall conduct the said activity on August 16, 2018, 8:00 am at the Social Hall, Samar National School, Catbalogan City.
2. Participants to the activity are the ICT Coordinators of the 58 schools, elementary and secondary which will focus on the Test Analyzer and BCIS Updating/Online Tutorial. Schools are advised to send one (1). Participants are advised to bring with them School Laptops, Extension wire/outlet, and Internet Device.
3. The ICT Core Team members shall lead the activity in terms of venue preparation, technical assistance and other matters relative to the activity. An attachment is included in this Memorandum.
4. Snacks will be served, morning and afternoon for the participants and facilitators.
5. Expenses incurred relative to the participation on this activity shall be charged against respective local funds/school MOOE, subject to existing accounting and regulations.
