ORIENTATION ON THE UTILIZATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF ITEM BANK PER LEARNING AREA ACROSS ALL GRADE LEVELS

To:    Chief Education Supervisors

Education Program Supervisors

Public School District Supervisors

Elementary and Secondary School Heads All Others Concerned

1      In line with the implementation of the centralized Test Item Bank of the region, the

Learning Resource Management Development System        (LRMDS) through the

Curiculum Implementation Division     (CID) shall conduct an Orientation on the

Utilization and Administration of Item Bank per Learning Area across all grade levels on June 1, 2018 at 1:00PM at Catbalogan I Central Elementary School, ICT Room.

2.    The objective of this orientation is to acquaint all school heads and Public Schools

District Supervisors (PSDSs) on how to use and administer these tests to the learners in their respective schools.

3.    The participants to this orientation are the elementary and secondary school

heads and Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs).

4.    Soft copies of the test items shall be distributed during the orientation, hence the

School Heads are advised to bring with them USB/hard dive.

5.    No registration fee shall be collected from each participant.

6.    Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
