SUBJECT: Call for Submission of Research Proposals for SY 2018-2019
DATE: September 21,2018
1. Research is one of the requirements mandated rom all master teachers by the Department of Education,
hence; this Office through the Planning & Research Unit encourages all MASTER TEACHERS to submit their RESEARCH PROPOSALS on or before OCTOBER 5,2018.
2. These research proposals that they shall submit on October shall be the same completed research paper that
they need to submit at the end of the school year, and that time, it shall bear the complete and comprehensive research results.
3. The proposals shall use the prescribed format specified in DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2017, as follows:
I Context and Rationale
II Action Research Questions
III Proposed Innovation, Intervention and Strategy TV Action Research Methods
a. Participants and/or other sources of data and information
b. Data Gathering Methods
c. Data Analysis Plan
V Action Research Work Plan and Timelines VI Cost Estimates
VII Plans for Dissemination and Utilization VIII References
4. All proposals for every school shall be endorsed by the school head and noted by the public schools district
supervisor then stamped received by this Office through the receiving section before these will be forwarded to the Planning & Research Unit.
