PLANNING CONFERENCE for the 2018 DIVISION SCIENCE and MATH FAIR
TO: Public Schools District Supervisors
Elementary and Secondary School Heads, Public and Private
Science/YES-O Math School/District Coordinators, Public and Private All others concerned
1 In preparation for the forthcoming Division Science and Math Fair, this Division will
conduct a planning conference on September 24, 2018 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon at ICT Room, Catbalogan I Central Elementary School, Catbalogan City.
2. The objectives of the planning conference are:
a. To come up with plans and proposals for the
forthcoming Division Science
and Math Fair.
b. To present the rules and guidelines of the different contests.
c. To
organize different working committees
on the preparation of the
different contests.
d. To discuss other related issues and concerns.
The participants to this planning conference are public and private elementary and secondary Science/YES-O/Math school/district coordinators.
No registration fee shall be collected; hence the participants are advised to bring their own meals/snacks which shall be charged against school MOOE funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. This Memorandum shall serve as the Travel Order of the participants.
6. Strict compliance and wide dissemination of this Memorandum are highly desired.
