SUBJECT: REGIONAL SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING IMPLEMENTER ON “GULAYAN SA PAARALAN
PROGRAM” SY 2018-2019

1. Attached herewith is the Regional
Memorandum No. 363, s. 2018, criteria and guidelines for
the search, titled
“REGIONAL SEARCH FOR THE OUTSTANDING IMPLEMENTER ON GULAYAN
SA PAARALAN PROGRAM
(GPP) SY 2018-2019″, that aims to recognize and award the
outstanding school implementer in
the said program.
2. The pre-identified list of schools who will
represent the division (2 from Elementary: Central
and Non-Central
category and 2 from Secondary: Big and Small School category) for the said
search are:
a. Bliss Central Elementary School (Central Category)
b. Jose P. Casino Sr. Memorial School (Non-central Category)
c. Silanga National High School (Big School Category)
d. Catbalogan City Agro-Industrial School (Small School Category)
3. The evaluation process in the division level shall include the following:
a. Schools Division Search Committee was
formed to evaluate the GPP Implementing
Schools that will represent the division.
b. Based on the results submitted by the
Division Search Committee, the SDS shall
endorse the division
entries to the Regional Office (Attention: School Health
Section) together with
the Division Level Evaluation Sheet and school
documentation of their
implementation.
4. Expenses incurred relative to the conduct
of this activity shall be charged against the
respective school MOOE
fund subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
5. Immediate dissemination and compliance of this memorandum is earnestly desired.

1. The Department of Education Region vm, through the
Education Support Services Division, School
Health Section, announces the Conduct of the Regional Search for Outstanding
Implemented of Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP) SY 2018.
2. This activity aims to recognize and award
outstanding school implementers in the said
program.
3. The evaluation process shall include the following:
A. Regional Level:
1. The Regional Director shall form a Regional Search Committee
who shall
evaluate
the division entries to the contest
2. The Regional Search Committee shall
evaluate the school entries nominated by
the Schools Division Offices
and winners will be announced through a Regional
Memorandum. Plaques, and Certificates
of Recognition will be given to all
entries as Schools Division
Outstanding GPP Implementer while cash prizes will
be
awarded to the following winners:
> Most Outstanding GPP Implementer
(Elementary-
Non-Central Category) > Most Outstanding Implementer
(Elementary – Central Category)
> Most Outstanding Implementer
(Secondary – Big School Category) > Most Outstanding Implementer
(Secondary – Small School Category)
B. Division LeveL:
l.The Schools Division Superintendents (SDOs) shall form a
Schools Division Search Committee who shall evaluate the GPP Implementing Schools.
2. The Schools Division Search Commitee shall evaluate the schools
and shall
choose
4 schools to represent the division: 2 from the elementary (Central
and Non-Central category) and 2 from the Secondary (Big School and
Small School).

3. Based on the results submitted by the
Division Search Committee, the SDS shall endorse the division enties to the
Regional Office (Attention: School
Health Section) together with the
Division Level Evaluation Sheet and
school documentation of their
implementaion.
4. The attached criteria shall be used in the evaluation process.
5. The
time frame shall be as follows:
