IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DETAILED LESSON PLAN ON PREVENTIVE DRUG EDUCATION

Elementary and Secondary School Heads All Others Concerned

1.       Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No.          353 s.    2018, this Office, through the Curriculum

Implementation Division (CID), requires all public elementary and secondary schools of this division to

implement the Detailed Lesson Plans (DLP) on Preventive Drug Education for School Year 2018-2019

on the schedule indicated in Enclosure No. 1 of this Memorandum.

2.        Moreover, all schools are encouraged to contextualize the said DLPs.

3.     The Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors and School Heads are

mandated to monitor the implementation of the DLPs.

4.         Copies of the Detailed Lesson Plans (DLPs) on the Preventive Drug Education for the first batch

which is from July to November,         2018 can be taken from the Learning Resource Management

Development System (LRMDS), while the DLPs for the remaining months shall be available on October,

2018.

5.      The class adviser shall deliver the DLPs within the scheduled dates and accomplish the monthly

monitoring report form provided in Enclosure No.                   2. The monthly report shall be submitted to

the guidance counselors/designated guidance coordinators/guidance teachers who shall consolidate and submit report to the Chief of School Governance Operations Division (SGOD) per semester. The SGOD shall then consolidate and submit the semestral report to the Office of the Secretary-Special Concerns Unit (OSec-SCU) of the central office.

6.       Expenses relative to the conduct of the program shall be charged to School MOOE subject to the

usual accounting rules and regulations.

7.         Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
