SPECIAL MEETING WITH ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL YES-O and SCIENCE
COORDINATORS
DATE: JULY 30, 2018
1. To improve the implementation and delivery of YES-O programs and projects in the schools division
the Office through the Curriculum and Instruction Division (CID) will conduct a Special Meeting with Elementary and Secondary School YES-O and Science Coordinators at LOO in the afternoon of July 30, 2018 at Social Hall, Samar National School.
2. The activity aims to:
a. check
through the YES-O School Action Plan forSY 2018-2019 the school activities relative to
the program;
b. submit copies of the YES-O Budget Proposal for SY 2018-2019; and
c. other matters
3. Participants are the Elementary and Secondary YES-O and Science Coordinators who are advised
to bring the following items for submission:
a. Duly signed YES-O School Action Plan for SY 2018-2019;
b. Hard copy of the YES-O Budget Proposal forSY 2018-2019.
4. No registration will be collected from the padicipants. Travel and other related expenses incurred
by the participants during the conduct of the activity are chargeable against local/school/MOOE fund subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. Dissemination
of and compliance to this Memorandum are highly desired
