Subject:           SCHOOL YEAR 2018-2019 BOSY EBEIS AND LIS UPDATING SCHEDULES

1. Updating of learner’s profile is done every school year by all schools, learning centers offering
     elementary, junior and senior high school education both in the public and private.

2. To facilitate the updating of LIS/EBEIS BOSY School Year 2018-2019 data, division office will conduct
      series of activities (refer to the attached activity matrix) to ensure a timely and accurate division
      data.

3. All participants are advised to bring laptop and extension wire as specified in the Activity Matrix.

4. Transportation and other incidental expenses of the participants will be taken from the local funds,
      subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum are enjoined.
