SUBJECT: 2018 First Cicle Submission of Research Proposals for Basic Education Research Fund
                  (BERF)

1.   This is in reference to Regional Memorandum No. 224, s. 2018 pertaining to the submission of the approved

Research Proposals for Basic Education Research Fund (BERF) Grant for the School Year 2018-2019.

2.   All regular employees, teaching, and non-teaching personnel of the schools division are eligible to avail of

the research fund provided that they follow the DepEd prescribed format stipulated in DepEd Order No. 43, s. 2015 and DepEd Order No. 4, s. 2016 on the revised guidelines for the Basic Education Research Fund (BERF).

3.   The submission of research proposals is up until June 25, 2018 only. All proposals shall pass the initial

review by the Division Research Committee (DRC) before they will be endorsed to the Policy Planning and Research Division (PPRD) of the regional ofice for further evaluation and ater which endorsement to the Assistant Regional Director for final approval and for funding.
