2. 2018 CATBALOGAN CITY ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (CCAA) MEET GUIDELINES
• Elementary athletes must be born on (2006)
or later and secondary athletes in (2001) or
later.
• Total Medal tally will be used in
determining the over-all Champion in both Elementary
and Secondary.
• Medals earned by each level in each
delegation will be combined to determine the over¬
all
Champion.
• There will be a separate champion in elementary and secondary level.
• Athletes, coaches and chaperons must have
complete documents and passed the Medical
and
Dental (City Division meet up to Palarong Pambansa) Examinations duly signed by
a
govenment
physician,
• Athletes with No or incomplete documents cannot play.
3. Selection of Athletes for EVRAA 2019
There will be a deliberation in selecting athletes in the Team events (composed of Spots coordinators, Tournament managers, winning coaches and representative from the City Spots Council). Athletes must be chosen based on their performance and as to their position in the team.
• All coaches in each delegation must submit
their athletic document to their respective
delegation
Screening Committee Chairman. Only the delegation DSAC Officials are
allowed to submit the
complete athlete’s documents to the DSAC Chairman during the
date
schedule of spots events. Two folders must be submitted; 1 for the Gallery Form
and 1 for Athletes documents.
• No Contest, No Medals will be applied.
