In reference to the Unnumbered DepEd Memorandum dated October 22, 2018 re: Conduct of CY2018 4’h Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), this Division through the Division Disaster Risk Reduction (DRRM) Unit is directing all public and private
elementary and secondary schools to participate in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on November 05, 2018 at 8:00 in the morning.
School Heads, Teachers and School DRRM Coordinators are encouraged and requested to observe appropriate, suitable and systematic procedures relative to the execution of the activity and ensure safety of learners and personnel participating in the activity at all times.
A Picto-Narrative Report shall be submitted on or before November 12, 2018, attention: CHESETH T. CABALQUINTO, Project Development Officer II-DRRM Designate. Other concerns and queries.you may contact the same with this number 0947-628-6047.
Expenses incurred in the conduct of the said activity shall be charged to the School MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
