1.        In line with Sports Development Program of this Division, this office announces that there will be a Coordination Meeting to All Tournament Managers on October 22,2018 (Monday) at 3:00 PM at SNS Social Hall, Catbalogan City.

2.       The agenda are the following:

• Enhancement Training

• Preparation for the City Meet

• Budget preparation by committees

• Inventory of sports equipment

• Updates of the playing venue

• Other matters

3.    Schools heads should make some necessary arrangement to ensure continuation of classes in the absence of teachers who will attend this meeting.

4.    Attached are the List of Tournament Managers in enclosure No. 1.

5.    Please be guided accordingly.
