AND ADDENDUM TO DIVISION MEMORANDUM NO. 364, s.
2018 RE: FIRST DIVISION FESTIVAL OF TALENTS
IN SINING TANGHALAN 2018

1 The subject of. Division Memorandum No. 364, s. 2018 is hereby added with the following provisions;
a. Each School Districts shall send a representative for the Himig Bulilit contest for the Elementary level;
b. All Secondary schools shall send representatives in the different competitions during the Division Festival of Talents in Sining Tanghalan 2018.
2. Paragraph No. 7 of Division Memorandum No. 364, s. 2018 is hereby corrected as follows: A registration fee of Php 80.00 shall be collected from each participants and coaches to cover expenses incurred relative to the conduct of the First Division Festival of Talents in Sining Tanghalan 2018. The registration, traveling/transport, meals/snacks and other incidental expenses incurred by the participants relative to the activity shall be charged against school MOOE or local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
3. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum
is desired.
