SUBJECT:           Division-Based Enhancement Training for Coaches and

Officiating Officials On Varied Spots Discipline

DATE:                 October 17, 2018

1.       In line with the goal of the Division to strengthen the implementation of the sports program, this office

announces that the Division-Based Enhancement Training for Coaches and Officiating Officials on Varied Sports Discipline will be conducted on October 25-27,2018 at Samar National School, Social Hall, Catbalogan City.

2.    The activity aims to:

• level up the understanding and interpretation of the 2018 revised Palarong Pambansa
        rules;

• equip coaches and officiating officials with scientific coaching and officiating skills anchored
       on sports science and human kinetics; and

• sustain a child-friendly environment, gender-sensitive and safe sports environments for
       athletes where sportsmanship and camaraderie are the top priorities including positive
       attitude and sports interest instilled within them

3.       Participants to this seminar are the winning coaches and officiating officials from the Ten (10) District

and Ten (10) Secondary schools based on the official results submitted by the school sports coordinators duly signed by the delegation head.

4.     Meals good for two (2) days only shall be borne from the Division Sub-Aro, while travelling and other

incidental expenses of participants shall be charged against local funds/MOOE, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5.        Participants should wear sports attire in this activity (jogging pants & t-shirts). This Memorandum

shall serve as authority to travel of the participants.

6.        Widest dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
