1 Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 25, s. 2018 entitled School Calendar for School Year
2018-2019 and DO No. 55 s. 2016 entitled Policy Guidelines on the National
Assessment of Student Learning for the K to 12 Basic Education Program, this office hereby informs the field on the assignment of the Division monitors and identified teachers designated as Room Examiners on the conduct of the National Achievement Test for Grade 6 (NATG6) on September 27, 2018. See attached enclosure of this memo)
2. The schedule for the distibution of Testing
Mateials will be on September 26,
2018.
3. This memo shall serve as official Travel Order.
4. Expenses incurred in the conduct of the
said activity shall be charged to School’s
MOOE/ Local Funds
subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
5. Immediate dissemination of and stict
compliance of this memorandum are
highly desired.
