CORRIGENDUM TO THE DIVISION MEMORANDUM No. 224, S. 2018 RE: COUNCIL STAR HOLIDAY and JUNIOR, SENIOR & CADET CAMP

To:       Public Schoois District Supervisors/District in-Charge

School Heads for Public Elementary and Secondary Schools All Others Concerned

1.    To reiterate, the Samar GS Council COUNCIL STAR HOLIDAY and JUNIOR. SENIOR & CADET CAMPS will

be held on

September 27 – 29, 2018

instead of September 14 – 16, 2018

and shall be conducted at the following venues respectively:

Star Holiday                      –              Villareal II District

Junior Camp                     –               Villareal I District

Senior & Cadet Camp –               Villareal NHS

2.    Further, the participants of these events shall be the Public and Private Elementary Pupils and

Secondary Students both Junior and Senior High Schools, to wit:

Grades I-III      –              40 girls & more w/ 15 Adult Leaders per District

Grades IV – VI –              40 girls & more w/ 10 Adult Leaders per District

Grades VII – X –              24 girls & more w/ 2 Adult Leaders per School

Grades XI -XII-               24 girls & more w/ 2 Adult Leaders per School

3.    The registration fee per delegate is PhP730.00 to cover program materials and souvenirs.

4.    The Camp Central Staff, whose names are attached herewith, are expected to be at the venue on Day

0, September 26, 2018 for the Pre-Campference and the Camp Lay-out.

5.     The registration fee, transportation and other expenses incurred by the participants relative to the

conduct of this activity shall be chargeable against the MOOE/SEF/SPED/SMF/local funds of each school subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

6.     Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
