1.       The Samar GS Council will conduct its COUNCIL BOARD ORIENTATION on September 10 – 11C 2018 at

        governing and policy-making body of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines – SAMAR COUNCIL, and as such,
        it promotes the interest of the organization as a whole;

4.    A registration fee of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (PHP750.00) shall be charged per participant

to cover food, program materials and souvenirs. The registration fee, transportation and other expenses incurred by the participants relative to the conduct of this activity shall be chargeable against the MOOE/SEF/SPED/SMF/local funds of each school subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

FEE                  :           PHP750.00 per head (to cover food, program materials, souvenirs)

The Councii Board members must have paid the membership registration fee of PhPI 75.00 per year, one-time payment for three (3) years, with a total amount of PhP525.00. And the Standing
Committees members must have paid the membership registration fee of PhP50.00 per year, one-time payment for three (3) years, with a total amount of PhP150.00

This is a one-time Council Board Training for the whole triennium 2018 – 2021, let us make the most of it.

The members are expected to be in the Council Hqs. on Monday, September 10 at 8:00 o’clock in the morning.
