SUBJECT EDUCATOR’S NIGHT

1. Based on the 2018 Manaragat Festival, August Monthlong City Fiesta Celebration Schedule with the Theme: “KARISYO KATBALOGAN: Nurturing Nature, Conserving Culture.” The Schools Division of Catbalogan City was scheduled to have the Educator’s Night on August 29,2018 at 7:30 PM, City Plaza, Catbalogan City.
2. The activity aims to:
a. Provide all educators a time to build a good atmosphere and camaraderie.
b. Develop a sense of belongingness from all educators and office personnel.
c. Look back the conserved culture and tradition.
3. Attached is the schedule of the monthlong celebration of the Manaragat Festival 2018. 4. Participants to this activity are all educators from the ten 1(10) districts, private schools, elementary and secondary and one(l) state university of Catbalogan City Division.
5. Each districts/schools/university shall provide their own food, tables & chairs and a presentation for merrymaking, joyous bonding and meaningful activities during the program. All expenses incurred relative to this activity shall be charged against local funds/school MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
6. Each school shall send 3 teachers to participate the presentation for the opening salvo and shall attend the practice on August 28, 2018, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and August 29, 2018, 8:00 AM to 12:00 NT (Office Time).
7. This memo will serve as travel order of the participants as well.
8. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
