1. In reference to a letter issued from the City Mayor’s Office dated August 16, 2018, this Division in
partnership with the City Environment and Natural Resources Office enjoins all Division personnel and All schools through their Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) to actively participate in the “BURISURERO Day” on August 18, 2018, at Estaka/Buri Beach .Saturday at 8:00 am to 12:00 noon with the theme; “Nurturing Nature, Conserving Culture”.
2. This activity to be done simultaneously with all schools, households, barangays, or communities citywide as part of the Manaragat August Month Long Celebration 2018.
3. Service /compensatory overtime credits shall be granted to all division personnel who will render service during the said activity, Attached herewith is the list of all division personnel and the area of assignment for each offices and organization.
4.
Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
