SUBJECT:           PLANNING CONFERENCE ON THE ROLL-OUT OF TEST RESULT ANALYZER AND

BCIS UPDATING/ONLINE TUTORIAL

1.     In connection to the Enhanced Computerized Office (eCO) System, the established

ICT Innovation of the Division, the ICT Core Team is called for a planning conference on Monday, August 13, 2018,10:00 am at the Division Office.

2. The team shall plan out and recommend actionable process/procedure for the

effective and efficient delivery of the Roll-Out of Test Result Analyzer to the field and also the Updating of BCIS and conduct of Online Tutorials.

3. An attachment on the List of ICT Core Team members is included in this
        memorandum for your guidance.

4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired
