SUBJECT.   DIVISION IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW ON THE SCHOOL-BASED LEARNING ACTION CELL

(LAG) ON EARLY LANGUAGE LITERACY AND NUMERACY PROGRAM

DATE:         August 9, 2018

1.        With reference to Regional Memo No. 565, s. 2018 Re: Clustered-Workshop on the enhancement of School-Based Learning Action Cell (LAC), Cym Early Language Literacy and Numeracy Program Implementation Review, this Office, through the Curriculum and Implementation Division (CID) will conduct the Division Implementation Review on the School-Based Learning Action Cell (LAC) on Early Language Literacy and Numeracy Program through a status report (please see attached templates).

2.        The objectives of this conduct are as follows:

a.) to monitor on the status of SLAC implementation vis-a-vis the Performance Indicators
        (Show the Performance Indicator);

b.) to check the manner of implementation of SLAC;

c.) to find out the Reading and Numeracy status of the learners;   .

d.j to gather common and unique practices relative to the implementation of the
        pogram in the school level;

e.) to harvest strengths and challenges/areas for improvement encountered during the
       implementation; and

f.) come up with recommendations.

3.        The status report will be submitted for division consolidation to the Office on August 27,2018 to the following focal persons:

EPS1(KINDERGARTEN/MTB-MLE)                          EPS1 (MATHEMATICS)

PAULINA D. GABON EPS 1 (ENGLISH)

4.        Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS) will be oriented on the data/report to be gathered

from the schools and are advised to brief in return the school heads to ensure consistency and correctness of data as they consolidate the report at the district level.

5.         Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
