SUBJECT CONDUCT OF THE ORIENTATION ON THE CONDUCT OF BASELINE DATA GATHERING FOR NSBI, DCP AND DICP IN ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS
1. In relation to the Division-wide conduct of the Orientation on BASELINE DATA
GATHERING FOR NSBI, DCP AND DICP IN ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS, the Division Office is calling the participation of the School Heads, ICT Coordinators, and School Property Custodians to attend the said orientation at Catbalogan I CES, ICT Room at 9:00 am on August 8, 2018.
2. The NIELSEN Personnel will make an orientation on the following:
a. Verify details on the accomplished survey form
b. Ask additional questions
c. Take pictures of the school facade, inside and outside classrooms
d. Conduct the network assessment test on one desktop computer in the e-classroom
e. Geo-tag in the flagpole/ or equivalent.
3. Attendees to the orientation are the School Heads of all public schools together
with all the ICT Coordinators and School Property Custodians. However, upland schools must be participated in by the school head only so as not to hamper class activities.
Expenses incurred relative to the participation on this orientation shall be charged against respective local funds/school MOOE, subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desire.
