SUBJECT:   Orientation 6n the Mandatory Random Drug Testing to Schools Division Personnel of
                    Catbalogan City Division

DATE:         July 16, 2018

1.     The Department of Education is committed to strengthen the programs on Anti-Illegal

Drugs. In line with the National Drug Education Program (NDEP) and pursuant to DepEd Order No. 40 s. 2017 this division will be having an Orientation on the Mandatory

Random Drug Testing to all Division personnel on July 19, 2018 at 8:00 in the morning at 2nd floor of this division office.

2. The activity aims to:

a. Provide awareness on the legal and regulatory aspect of drug testing;

b. Discuss the initial assessment and intervention for personnel found to be positive;

3. Paticipants to the activity are all Personnel of this division.

4. Expenses incurred relative to this activity shall be charged to the downloaded SARO,
      subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5.   Immediate dissemination and strict compliance with this Memorandum is eanestly
      desired.
