2. All SDSs are requested to inform all borrowers who are teaching and non-teaching personnel of the DepEd that they shall first request the concerned PLI to evaluate their latest Payslip. A borrower who passed/qualified in the evaluation will send through email to the Regional Office Verifier the evaluated Payslip.
3. The Regional Office Verifier shall perform online verification on the evaluated payslip sent by the concerned borrower. After the verification, the Regional Office Verifier shall inform the borrower through email whether or not he/she is qualified to avail of such loan, copy furnished the concerned PLI.
4. The Regional Office Verifiers shall not perform the verification process anytime except as scheduled. A borrower who will come to the Regional Office personally for PLI loan purposes shall not be entertained.
5. Immediate dissemination of strict compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
