1. In celebration of the Liberation and Cityhood Anniversary, the Hon. City Mayor Stephany Uy-Tan shall deliver her 5th State of the City Address (SOCA), on Tuesday, July 03,2018 at 04:00 PM at the Provincial Covered Court, Catbalogan City.
