SUBJECT:   Regional On-Site Validation and Ocular Inspection for the Districting and Redistricting
                   of Schools

DATE:         June 18,2018

1.    Relative to the application for districting and redistricting of schools within DepEd Catbalogan City

Division, the Regional validators shall conduct the on-site inspection and validation of the schools on

June 18 and 19, 2018.

2.    All concerned personnel are requested to guide and assist the validators during their rounds for the on-

site inspection and validation.

3.    Expenses incurred relative to the conduct of the said activity shall be charged to Local Fund subject to

the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
