The Samar GS Council will conduct a District Committee Training on July 10, 2018 at the Samar GS Council Hqs., Catbalogan City.

The training aims to strengthen the organization of GSP units in each of the districts and to coordinate and monitor program implementation in all barangays within its jurisdiction. Further, it is also intended to provide a venue for the planning and implementation of both girl and adult activities for the School Year 2018 – 2019 based on the Tentative Calendar of Activities 2018 – 2019.

3.     Participants of this training are the Division GS Coordinator             – Ms                        ita C. Jacob, District

Supervisors,   Principals,   School   Heads,   Districts/Teachers   In-Charge  of      both   Public  &   Private

Elementary & Secondary Schools.

4.     The registration fee of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PhP250.00), the transportation and accommodation

expenses of each participant shall be chargeable against the local funds / MOOE / SEF / SPED Funds of each school subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5.     Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
