Announcing the Dates of Administration of the
National Achievement Test (NAT) for
Grade 12 for School Year
(SY) 2017-2018 to Non-Sampled Schools

Public and Private School Heads of Senior High Schools All Others Concerned
1 As per DepEd Advisory received thru email from Bureau of Education Assessment
(BEA) re: Administration of the National Achievement Test for Grade 12 for School Year (SY) 2017-2018 to Non- Sampled Schools (NATG12), this office hereby informs the field that said test will be conducted on June 13-14, 2018.
2. Students who failed to take the test in the first round shall also be allowed to take the
test in the second round of NATG12 test administration.
3. School heads are required to submit the number of registrants/takers through text or
via email to aida.panis@deped.gov.ph on or before June 1, 2018. A division
orientation will be conducted to the school heads and testing coordinator to the non- sampled schools on June 8, 2018 at 3rd Fir., Catbalogan City Division Office at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon to ensure the smooth and efficient conduct of the test.
4. The following shall be discussed in the orientation:
a) Proper Conduct/administration of the test;
b) Standard Procedure in test administration;
c) Security of test materials, delivery and retrieval scheme;
d) Allocation of test materials; and
e) Utilization/Dissemination of findings/implication of results
5. Expenses incurred in the conduct of the said activity shall be charged to Local Funds
subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
6. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance of this memorandum are highly
desired.
