SUBJECT        PLANNING CONFERENCE FOR THE EHRIS ROLL-OUT

1.     In relation to the Division-wide EHRIS Roll-Out, all personnel previously named

as key members for the aforesaid activity are required to attend the Planning Conference.

2. All matters relative thereto will be discussed thoroughly to bring out a smooth
      conduct of the Division-wide EHRIS Roll-Out. The venue is set at the LRMDS
      Office of the Division at exactly 3:00 pm, Tuesday March 13, 2018.

3. Attendance is compulsory. Please see the attached enclosure

4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
