To ensure that teachers shall be provided with adequate information, technical and legal assistance in the course of the performance of their duties as members of the Board of Election Inspectors (BEIs), as well as School Principals, Supervisors, School Division Superintendent and other employees of DepEd in the forthcoming May 14, 2018 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Elections aimed in compliance with and enforcement of all orders and instructions from the COMELEC for a free, orderly, honest, peaceful and credible elections. In line with DepEd Memorandum No. 081, s. 2018, Catbalogan City Division Election Task Force is hereby established in DepEd, Catbalogan City Division Office, 2nd Floor Laohoo Bldg. Del Rosario St. Catbalogan City stating 2:00 PM of May 13, 2018 and ends at 12:00 PM of May 15, 2018. Expenses incurred in connection thereto shall be chargeable to MOOE fund subject to established accounting rules and regulations.

Further, for actual services rendered in connection thereto shall be treated as Compensatory Overtime Credit, subject to pertinent provisions on CSC DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004, Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Services rendered.
