in Public High Schools was done in this Division as per Division Memorandum No. 17 s. 2017. Re: 2nd ROUND WEEKLY IRON FOLIC ACID (WIFA) SUPPLEMENTATION FOR FEMALE ADOLESCENT LEARNERS IN PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS

2.     In view of this, ield Public Schools District Supervisors shall submit a District Consolidated

Repot on the conduct of the aforementioned activity utilizing the attached template (Form 3) on or before May 9, 2018 to the Health and Nutrition Unit for division consolidation Attention: SHERRYDALE QUEEN H. UY, RN
