SUBJECT:           DIVISION     SEMINAR-WORKSHOP     ON     ALTERNATIVE      INSTRUCTIONAL

DELIVERY PRACTICES FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SHS)

DATE:                April 20, 2018

1.     In line with the implementation of the K to 12 Curriculum, the Division of Catbalogan

City through the Curriculum Implementation Division will conduct a Division SeminarWorkshop on Alternative Instructional Delivery Practices for Senior High School(SHS) on May 23-25, 2018. Venue will be announced later.

2.     In this activity, participants should be able to:

a. learn  different instructional  media to  enhance  their teaching strategies  and
      approaches;

b. craft a detailed lesson plan(DLD) using any instructional media such as print, visual
      and audio, ICT-related materials and other forms; and

c.      develop an action plan/JEL contract on the utilization of learning gained from the

training in the classrooms, learning action cell(LAC) sessions or INSETS.

3.     Participants to this activity are selected senior high school teachers from the eight(8)

public secondary schools in the Division. Participants are advised to bring their own laptop, smartphone, pocket wi-l, and extension cords.

4.   Attached is the required number of participants per school.

5.   A registration fee of One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty PesosJPhp          1,650.00) will be

collected from each participant to defray expenditures for food(3 lunch and 6 snacks)

and materials chargeable against local/SHS MOOE Funds. Travel and incidental expenses

shall also be charged to local/SHS MOOE Funds subject to the usual government

accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
