SHS IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW CUM PLANNING CONFERENCE
DATE: April 17, 2018
1. To strengthen the implementation of the Senior High School Program , the Division
Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division shall conduct a Year-End Review Cum Planning Conference on the SHS Program Implementation at 8:00 A.M. on April 19, 2018 at the Samar National School Conference Room, Catbalogan City.
2. The objectives of this activity are to:
a. Provide updates on the SHS Program Implementation.
b. Present the highlights of accomplishments
in the implementation of the SHS
Program for the SY
2017-2018.
c. Discuss the challenges and resolutions relative to SHS implementation, especially on
immersion deployment of students, teacher needs, building/classroom construction, and tools and equipment and other facilities.
d. Discuss plans for SHS-related activities
such as job fair, TVL assessment, SHS
advocacy, SHS
entry/career assessment, new curricular offerings and work/business
opportunities for SHS
graduates.
3. Participants to this activity are the school heads of public and private secondary schools
and senior high school coordinators/focal persons.
4. No registration will be collected from the participants. Attendance is a must.
5. Expenses incurred relative to this activity shall be charged against the Division
MOOE subject to the usual auditing and
accounting rules and regulations
