Conduct of English Proficiency Test (EPT) for Applicants of Teaching Positions
               (Elementary, Secondary and Senior High School) SY2018-2019

1. This is to inform all applicants for Elementary, Secondary and Senior High School teaching
        positions that the schedule for English Proficiency Test (EPT) will be on April 8, 2018
        (SUNDAY) at Samar National School (SNS) 8:00AM. The EPT will be administered by the
        representative of Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA).

2. Applicants of this Division who have taken the EPT the last year need not take the said
        examination. However, those who will opt to retake are not prohibited.

3. This division will issue another memorandum/advisory for the List of examinees, List of
        room examiners, Working Committees and Support Staff who will be responsible in the
        conduct of the test.

4. All expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against local funds/MOOE subject to
        the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5. Widest dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
