Worth mentioning in the said planning are action plans that enumerate various programs, projects and activities that need to be consolidated and be provided further with specifics in order to be effectively implemented within the year. The meeting therefore is aimed at finalizing the activities and next steps with corresponding details as to responsible persons and logistical needs.
