Oguis, GIPO 1V/01C, Field Investigation Bureau – Visayas, has been designated as Head of the Office of the Ombudsman Visayas, Regional Office VIII (OMB-Visayas Regional Office VIII) effective 01 February 2018, per Office Order No. 147-02-18-V series of 2018, issued by Honorable Deputy Ombudsman for the Visayas Paul Elmer M. Clemente.
