COUNCIL TRIENNIAL AWARDING

1. The Samar GS Council will have its Council Triennial Awarding on April 12, 2018 at the Provincial Covered
Court, Capitol Grounds, Catbalogan City;
2. The said awarding aims to recognize and affirm the selfless service of its volunteers and supporters, thus,
GSP-Samar Council acknowledges their contribution through the National Awards and Recognition Scheme, this is a tribute for their services and achievements;
3. Participants of this training are the Division GS Coordinator, Troop Leaders, Girl Scout Coordinators,
District Field Advisers, School Commissioners, District Commissioners;
4. Attached is the Recommendation for Awards
Form for each District to accomplish and submit to the
Samar GS Council on or
before March 23, 2018;
5. The transportation expenses of each participant plus the registration fee of Five Hundred Pesos
(PHP500.00) can be chargeable against the MOOE/SEF/loca! funds of each school subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations;
6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.

The Girl Scouts of the Philippines is a volunteer organization which enjoys the support of committed people from aii walks of life and different age groups. Since its founding in 1940, GSP has established a volunteer system which enables itself to carry out the mission of empowering girls and young women.
In recognition and affirmation of the self lessee rvice of its volunteers and supporters, GSP acknowledges their contribution through the National Awards ana Recognition Scheme. This is a tribute for their services and achievements. Thus, we enjoin the districts/schools to fill-up the herewith attached.
