GIRL SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES – SAMAR COUNCIL

DISTRICT FIELD ADVISORS & GS COORDINATORS UPDATE

To:      District Supervisors

Concerned School Heads or FubSsc Elementary and Secondary Schools

1.    The Samar GS Council will conduct the District Field Advisors and Girl Scout Coordinators Update on

March 24 – 25, 2018 at the Samar GS Council Hqs.

2.    The said meeting aims to reinforce the leaders’ capabilities in the handling of their girls and the

implementation of the Girl Scouting Programs.

3.     Participants of this training are the Division GS Coordinator, Council Board Members, DISTRICT FIELD

ADVISORS and GIRL SCOUT COORDINATORS of the schools and districts.

4.     The transportation expenses of each participant plus the registration fee of One Thousand Five

Hundred Pesos (PHP1,500.00) shall be chargeable against the MOOE / SPED Fund / SEF of each school subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5.    Widest dissemination and strict compliance of this Division Memorandum is desired.
