SUBJECT:             PARTICIPATION TO THE 2018 PISAY REGIONAL MATHEMATICAL OLYMPIAD (PReMO)

Date:                      February 27, 2018

1.             Pursuant td Regional Memorandum No. 068, s. 2018, the 2018 PISAY Regional Mathematical

Olympiad (PReMO) will be conducted on March 8, 2018 during the PSHS-EVC’s International Camp at the

Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus, Palo Leyte.

2.             In connection with this, the Schools Division Office of Catbalogan City will be participating by

sending the following participants:

Grade 5 (Team Competition):    Derek N. Tide & Camille Joy A. Yap (Catbalogan I SPED Center)
                                                                Coach: Myrna A. Flores

Breanne Rayne C. Lim & Jose Vincent V. De Guia (SMCC) Coach: Lyra B. Tejeresas

Grade 6 (Individual):                  Chesqua Claire D. Carles (Catbalogan I SPED Center)

Coach: Myrna A. Flores

Sean Anthony Navallo (Saint Mary Child Development Center) Coach: Lhean Joy B. Bantang

Grade 9 (Team Competition):    Kervin Clark Y. Davantes & Carlo Miguel L. Pabilona (SNS)

Grade 10 (Individual:                        Jamil B. Mabag (Samar National School)

Coach: Marivel C. Amistoso

3.            The school heads shall ensure that classes left by the teachers who will attend the said event shall

be handled by the relieving teachers and or merged/distributed to other classes.

4.             No registration fee will be collected. Hence, expenses for travel, meals, accommodations and

other incidental expenses incurred by the participants and coaches shall be charged against LOCAL

FUNDS/ORGANIZATIONAL FUNDS subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
