SUBMISSION OF QUARTERLY INVENTORY REPORT OF TEACHING GUIDES (TGs),
               LEARNERS MATERIALS (LMs) and CURRICULUM GUIDES (CGs)

To:          Public School District Supervisors/District -in-Charge

Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads All others Concerned

T.     To generate information as to the availability of leaning resources, teaching

resources, curriculum guides (CGs) and supplementary reading materials (SRMs) available in each school, this office issues a memorandum to the field requiring every school head to submit an inventory report every quarter of the above stated resources.

2.   The objectives of this inventory are the following:

a. Determine the gap of learning resources versus the number of enrolment

b. Consolidate findings of every district.

c. Plan strategy to address gaps.

3.  The following deadlines should be followed strictly in the submission of the inventory

report every quarter:

• Quarter 1       – March 23,2018

• Quarter 2       –    June 29, 2018

• Quarters         – September28,2018

S Quarter 4       –    December 12, 2018

4.   It is advised that every district shall use the same prescribed template issued to the

field.

5.   Only the elementary schools by district shall submit a consolidated inventory report

every quarter.

6.   Immediate dissemination and strict compliance to this memorandum is highly

desired.
