1st DIVISION MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (MANCOM) MEETING OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL ADMINSTRATORS

1     A Division Management Committee (MANCOM) Meeting for Elementary and Secondary

School Administrators will be held on January 25, 2018 at a venue to be announced later.

2.    The   agenda of this MANCOM Conference are the following:

a.    School Year Early Registration Status Report

b.    Banner Project Status Report

c School Heads’ Performance Evaluation system

d.    2018 AIP Presentation

e.     2018 EVRAA Updates

f.      Division/District Monitoring of Schools

g.     Other Matters

3.    The Host of the MANCOM is Catbalogan III District.

4.     Participants to this conference are Chief Education Supervisors, Education Program

Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Public and Private Elementary and Secondary School Heads , Section Chiefs and Unit Heads.

5.     participants to defray expenses for one(l) lunch and Two(2) snacks. Expenses incurred

relative to the conduct of the activity shall be charged to local/ school MOOE funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

6.    Attendance to this MANCOM is compulsory.

7.    Immediate    dissemination   of this Memorandum is   earnestly  desired.
