QUALITY ASSURANCE OF CONTEXTUALIZED DIVISION LOCALIZED HERITAGE THEME MATRIX (DLHTM) AND DIVISION CURRICULUM CONTEXTUALIZATION MATRIX (DCCM)

To:    Chief Education Supervisors

Education Program Supervisors Public School District Supervisors All Others Concerned

1     To come up with a valid, reliable and quality Learning Resources that can be used

by the schools in the division, the Learning Resource Management Development System (LRMDS) through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) shall

conduct a QUALITY ASSURANCE of the Division Localized Heritage Theme Matrix (DLHTM) and Division Curriculum Contextualization Matrix (DCCM) on

February 21-23, 2018 at a venue to be announced later.

2.   The objectives of this workshop are:

a. Review and validate the contents of the ten themes used in the DLHTM and
      DCCM;

b. Come up with a quality assured DLHTM and DCCM;

c. Come up with a final copy of the DLHTM and DCCM ready for reproduction.

3.  The participants to this activity are the CID Chief, the EPS of the 9 subject areas,

the LR supervisor, the Division PDO, the         10 PSDS, the    2 EP Specialists                                                                                      (ALS),

and 1 TWG.

4.   No registration fee shall be collected from the participants. Expenses incurred

during this workshop which include meals, venue and materials shall be charged to HRTD Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5.   Strict compliance and wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
