SUBJECT: URGENT MEETING IN THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL(SHS) PROGRAM
IMPLEMENTATION
DATE: January 9, 2018
1. In line with Regional Memorandum No. 774, s. 2017 on the Regional Senior High School(SHS)
Program Implementation Review, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, shall conduct an urgent meeting on the SHS Program Implementation in the Division at 2:00 PM, today, January 9,2018 at the Principal’s Office, Samar National School, Catbalogan City.
2. The activity aims to:
a. share updates on the 2017 status of SHS Program implementation.
b. review the SHS enrolment and curricular
offerings vis-a-vis the Learners’ Information
System(LIS)
c. clean-up and update data in the Learners’ Information System.
d. discuss related issues and concerns.
3. Participants to this activity are the CID Chief, Division Planning Officer, Division SHS
Coordinator, School Heads of public and private secondary schools and School SHS coordinators/focal persons.
4. All SHS School Heads/SHS Coordinators are expected to bring the 2016 and 2017 SHS
templates with Grades 11-12 enrolment per offering/specialization,2017 Program
Implementation Status with SHS Immersion Deployment and issues and concerns related to SHS curriculum implementation.
5. No registration will be collected from the participants. Attendance is a must.
6. Expenses incurred relative to this activity shall be charged to the Division/School MOOE
subject to the usual auditing and accounting rules and regulations
Expenses incurred during this activity shall be charged to local/MOOE Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and procedures.
