CONCENTRATION AND TRAINING OF ATHLETES FOR EVRAA 2018

1. The Concentration and Training of Athletes in preparation for EVRAA 2018 will be done in 2 phases, to wit:
Phase 1 January 12-30,2018
Events: Swimming (elementary & secondary level)
Playing Venue: Swimming in the Sea @ Brgy. Cagutsan
Phase 2 January 17, 2018 (separate memo)
All Events
Venue: Designated Area
2. All participants in Phase 1 shall report to Brgy. Cagutsan, Sierra island on or before January 12, 2018.Everyone is advised to bring the following:
a. Beddings (mat, blanket, mosquito net & pillow)
b. Toiletries (bath soap, laundry soap, tooth paste & tooth brush)
c. Enough clothes good for the whole duration of the training
3. Enclosed is the list of the Training Staff, Coaches and Athletes
4. Adherence to existing DepEd rules and regulations and those which will be issued during the training is a must. Any violations shall be sufficient ground for EXCLUSION and the replacement from the CCAA delegation to the EVRAA 2018.
5. Service credits will be granted or the services rendered outside of regular school day and non-working holidays pursuant to DepEd Order No. 53, s. 20031ikewise, this Memorandum shall serve as the Travel Order of the participants to this Concentration and Training of Athletes.
6.
Immediate dissemination and strict compliance of this Memorandum is highly
enjoined.
